Personal coaching is an active process between the coach and the client. It is designed for healthy individuals who are willing to practice being 100% responsible for their lives in order to generate new results. Although there are clear coaching guidelines, it is also an intuitive process. A skilled coach will be able to listen beyond your words to help you identify your hidden blocks. A coach is your partner who never tries to push his or her own beliefs on you, but instead asks questions that allow you to recognize and live within your own truth.
